Scheduling

As a quilter who is also a full-time elementary school teacher, I would mainly be available in person on weekends or via Zoom on weeknights.

Venues

I teach for quilt guild meetings, quilt retreats, regional and national quilt shows.

Travel & Accommodations

Travel & accommodations are the responsibility of the host unless otherwise agreed upon.

Air Travel

Airfare from Boise, Idaho (BOI) with 2 checked bags (Southwest preferred). To estimate airfare, please check rates departing from BOI.

Ground Transportation

A rental car may be required depending on distance from airport to hotel/venue. If transportation is provided between airport, hotel, and venue, rental will not be necessary.

Driving

I can drive to the Salt Lake City area (standard IRS mileage rates apply) and lodging is not required for SLC-area events.

Lodging

Required for events outside the Boise/SLC area and must include the night before the first event through the night of the final event. The host will typically arrange and pay for hotel accommodations.

Meals

Charged at the current IRS per diem rate, and includes travel days.

Venue Requirements

I will need to use a projector and screen or HDMI-compatible television, in a room with tables for teaching, demonstration, and product display.

I offer direct sales of my patterns, books, and products unless otherwise specified by the host.

Workshops accommodate up to 24 students.
Lectures and trunk shows have no attendance limit.
